WHAT IS SOUTH PASS?
It is a flexible practical pass that allows travel across Argentina and takes you to the most exciting highlights of Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil and Chile.

WHEN CAN I TRAVEL AND FOR HOW LONG?
You may purchase the pass at any time of the year and choose the period of validity. The pass may be purchased for 10, 14, 21, 30, 60 or 90 days.

CAN I TRAVEL ANY TIME OF THE YEAR?
Yes. The pass will be valid for 180 days after it was purchased. During this period, the pass allows unlimited travel within the days you purchased.

IS THERE ANY KILOMETER LIMIT?
The Pass allows unlimited travel within the period of validity. There is not kilometer limit.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO TRAVEL WITH SOUTH PASS?
You need to show a valid passport and/or ID accrediting you are a foreign citizen or Argentinean citizen residing in another country.

CAN I START MY TRIP FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY?
No. You must use the pass for the first time in any city of Argentina, and you can end your trip in any city of any of the 7 countries. You must make a ticket reservation in advance. Call our toll-free number 0800-555-BUSES from Argentina or 5411-4724-7878 from other countries.

CAN I CANCEL MY PASS?
Yes. You may cancel your pass within 30 days prior to the expiration date, in which case you will be refunded 75% . The pass is non-transferable.

DO I GET A REFUND FOR UNUSED DAYS?
No.

DO CHILDREN HAVE TO PAY THE PASS?
Accompanied children under the age of 5 years travel free provided that NO EXTRA SEAT is occupied.

IS THERE A SPECIAL FARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE?
Yes. South Pass offers special fares to young people under the age of 25 years.(check our fares).

IS THERE A SPECIAL FARE FOR FAMILIES?
Yes. We offer a Family Pass. This pass is valid minimum for a family of two adults and a child over the age of 4 years traveling together. (check our fares).

CAN I GET ASSISTANCE WITH MY ITINERARY?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE BUS TERMINAL?
Minimum one hour before departure time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY PASS?

IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON BOARD?
Smoking is not allowed on board.

ARE MEALS AND/OR SNACKS PROVIDED ON BOARD?
Meals and/or snacks are provided on board on some services.

WHAT IS THE LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE?
There is a luggage allowance of 15 kilos. Any luggage excess fee shall be payable prior to the travel. Packages or large-size items must be sent by carrier.
